Artwork Usage

Anyone wishing to use Patricia's art for their site must obtain permission from Patricia. If you ask first, permission will usually be granted. However, these conditions MUST be followed:

· First: No images may be used on any commercial site.

· Second: Under NO circumstances can Patricia's artwork be changed in any way or reproduced in any form including scanning, printing etc.

· Third: Any artwork displayed MUST be clearly labeled as © Patricia Pierce-Phillips and a link to www.trinitypvisions.com must be included with the art. All of the images that Patricia creates are registered and protected by U.S. Copyright Laws. Anyone found violating or infringing on any of Patricia's work will be asked to stop immediately. If the violation continues, we will pursue further legal action to the fullest extent of the law through our attorney; Barbara Donnelly. Modifying or reproducing an image into another form is illegal. The legal term for this is "derivative works right." Only the the artist who created the work has the right to modify or change the piece. This practice is fully enforceable through the US Copyright laws.

Patricia's artwork has been registered with the US Copyright Office (http://www.copyright.gov). Copyright registration protects the artist to a higher degree including the right to sue any infringer anywhere. This includes an order to cease and desist and also recover monetary awards for damages including large fines; all legal fees and felony charges may also apply in some cases.
